Maintenance agreement                           

Our maintenance agreements will allow you to budget in advance, what the cost of running your machine will be. Some consumable parts can be very expensive and will need replacing every so often, not to mention labour and callout charges.  Maintenance agreements are available on almost all office machines including copiers, printers, shredders, fax machines etc.                                                    

Fully Comprehensive Agreement 

will cover all callout charges, all labour charges, and all travel charges regardless of the number and will also includes free replacement of all spare parts.

Annual Agreement

will cover all callout charges, all labour charges, and travel charges regardless of the number.

Callout on site service 

We will callout to your office and repair your machine on site for a fixed charge, the only additional charge may be for spare parts, which will be advised you of in advance. Raltec provide a guarantee on all repairs.

Over 98% of all repairs are resolved on our 1st call out to your office. 

Workshop Repairs

For the most affordable repair you can ship your machine direct to our workshop and we will then advise you of the repair cost in advance.
Workshop repairs will normally take about 3 to 4 days.
